You can always ask us a question. This can be done by sending an e-mail to info@portaal.nl. We will respond within five working days.

You can also ask your question via WhatsApp, by sending a message to 06 - 12 37 76 55.

During office hours, from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, we will do our best to respond within an hour. If you message us outside office hours, you will receive a response as soon as possible on the next working day. If you have an urgent question, please phone us.

You cannot submit repair requests and payment-related questions via WhatsApp. Repair requests can be registered via MijnPortaal (in Dutch). Payment-related questions can be asked via phone or e-mail.

You can contact us by phone via 088 - 767 82 25. If you use a landline, you can call us free of charge via 0800 - 767 82 25.

You can reach us between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm on working days. You can reach us 24 hours a day in case of an emergency. The overview below shows the days of the week when we receive the most calls.

Arnhem

Opening times: Monday through Thursday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Friday closed.

Opening times: Portaal Leiden can be visited by appointment only, from Monday to Thursday between 1:00 and 5:00 pm. You can make an appointment by calling us at 088 - 767 8225.

Nijmegen
